Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service –  support@planetbotanic.co who will help you with your return. Please note, unless the return is due an issue with the product or service, we request that you to be responsible for any return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a tracked form of delivery for return.


Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
